We have received the agenda for Cycling Time Trials 2012 AGM, and note a number of proposals that are likely to be controversial. In particular:

- 12. Mandatory use of a protective helmet
- 13. “One ride – one prize” outlawed
The London West District Council will be meeting on Sunday 27-Nov to review club members views so that these may be properly expressed by the London West District Council’s delegates at the National AGM. Reading CC will be represented at the LWDC meeting by TT Sec Graham Patterson and Chairman Barry Quick.
